Kymatia is a unique 50-foot traditional wooden sailing yacht based in Santorini, offering a very different experience from a conventional charter yacht.
Extensively rebuilt and upgraded, Kymatia combines the character of a traditional wooden vessel with the comfort and equipment required for private cruising in the Cyclades. Her gaff-cutter rig, generous deck spaces and solid construction make her particularly suited to relaxed island-to-island sailing.
Kymatia is offered exclusively with a professional skipper and crew. Rather than following a fixed itinerary, each charter can be adapted to the weather and guests' preferences. From Santorini, itineraries can include Ios, Sikinos, Anafi, Iraklia, Schinousa, Koufonisia, Naxos, Paros and other islands of the Southern Cyclades.
The emphasis is on **slow travel and authentic Greek island life**: sailing between smaller islands, swimming in secluded bays, anchoring away from busy marinas and spending evenings in traditional fishing villages and island harbours.
Although Kymatia can accommodate more people for day sailing, overnight charters are intentionally kept to a small number of guests for greater comfort and privacy. This makes her especially suitable for couples, families and small groups looking for a private sailing experience rather than a conventional yacht charter.
Charters can start from Santorini, with alternative drop-off locations in the Cyclades available on request. Short multi-day escapes as well as longer itineraries can be arranged.
